Ordering Process

Step 1

Contact us 2-3 months before you would like to receive your stationery. Typically the order process takes 3-6 weeks, sometimes longer if you are receiving a custom design. From the time your final proof is approved, you can expect to receive your stationery in 2-3 weeks. Rush orders can be organised for an additional 25% of your order price. Step 2

Fill out our ORDER FORM to start the design process. You will receive a reply email confirming your order and asking for specific details, like wording and colour palettes. You can also order a sample pack of the designs you are interested in.
Step 3

A 50% deposit is required before the design process begins. This can be paid via direct bank deposit or PayPal. After the deposit is paid, your wording and colours are applied to the design chosen and a digital proof is emailed to you within 3 business days.

If you require any changes, let us know. You will receive up to 4 free updated proofs. Revisions beyond that will be an additional charge based on an hourly rate of $45 an hour. I recommend that you get another family member with a fresh pair of eyes to look over your proof so that you don’t miss any important details!

Colours can vary from screen to screen, so if you are matching your stationery to other colours in your wedding, we recommend you order a printed proof. These are $15 per proof, including postage in Australia.
Step 4

Full Payment is required once final proofs are approved. Once approved, the printing process begins, which can take up to 3 weeks. You will receive email updates throughout the process.
